Iota Xi, Winamac Chapter

Iota Xi, Winamac Chapter Psi Iota Xi was founded in 1897 in Muncie, Ind., and was the first Greek letter organization of its kind in the state.

The purpose was for its members to find self-direction and personal growth while seeking to enrich the lives of others. The organization's mission is to further charitable enterprises; study the best art, literature, and music; develop members socially, morally and intellectually; and ask for God’s help to advance in these fields of endeavor. The Winamac Chapter was established in 1996. Over the y

ears, the sisters of Psi Iota Xi, or “Psi Otes” have become affectionately known as the Cheese Ball Ladies. That’s not a bad title when one understands the connection to the mission – the delicious holiday fare is one of the many ways members are able to raise the funds needed to further their mission and fund programs such as Speech and Hearing Therapy at the local schools.

The 3rd Annual A Town & Country Christmas Gift Show. Held in the Eastern Pulaski Elementary gym.

This years event will be held on Dec 6 from 9AM to 3 PM in the Eastern Pulaski Elementary gym in Winamac.
