🔈What have we been up to?

☕️ December and May, Kapihan: We held Kapihan at the 2nd Floor Open Space in front of the ChemRez Room to provide support for the students during finals week for each semester. Free coffee and other non-coffee drinks were provided.

A huge thank you to the IC community for participating, especially to our VolCorps and Chem Orgs for their help! Please continue supporting the initiatives of the next IC Reps! 💖

🔈What have we been up to?

Aside from the Student Sessions, we launched a series of activities to celebrate National Chemistry Month last February! We had a display of IC Research Laboratories, a seminar about preparing for the CLE, and a trivia night competition.🥼🧪👩‍🔬

A huge thank you to the IC community for participating! Please continue supporting the initiatives of the next IC Reps and Volcorps! 💖

[Student Session 2 Documentation]

Connecting minds and sharing bonds! 🧠👩‍🔬

As the Institute of Chemistry held the second student session last April 28 for this academic year, a space for the students' concerns, updates from the administration and organizations, as well as making connections was established.

This session gave rise to topics such as re-evaluation of the current BS Chemistry curriculum, raising of concerns regarding facilities and other logistics, internship guidelines for students of Junior standing, as well as certain academic rules and program themes.

Truly, a community with two-way understandings and communication always thrives!

[SPECIAL CANCELLATIONS]

Special cancellation of Chemistry classes for the first semester may now be requested through the link:

bit.ly/ICSpecialCancellation2S2526

Use this if you need to cancel only the lecture/laboratory part without canceling the linked course (the "partner" lecture/laboratory). Thus, if you need to enlist only either the lecture or the lab, ENLIST BOTH first before requesting for special cancellation.

After you are successfully enlisted will you only be able to request the cancellation.

The registration team will not entertain individual emails. Reach out only if your request cannot be addressed through the form.

On the other hand, enlistment of Chem classes can be done through the waitlisting module on CRS.
