ADMISSION FOR PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS
FOR BACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS (CATEGORY A)
📅 May 18–29, 2026

The Admission Office warmly welcomes all pre-registered students for the admission process for Baccalaureate Programs under Category A.

All qualified applicants are encouraged to prepare and submit the following requirements:

• Senior High School Report Card (Form 138-A, original)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (from SHS Principal/Administrator/Guidance Counselor)
• Medical Certificate (from Infirmary/Clinic/Medical Services)
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of passing the MSU SASE or CET
• ID Pictures (3 copies, 2×2)
• Long brown envelope
• PSA Birth Certificate (original for verification) and one photocopy

Applicants who pre-registered in the following programs are advised to report first to their respective colleges for the screening process prior to the admission process:

• Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd)
• Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT)
• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)

The College of Fisheries of MSU-Zamboanga Sibugay (formerly MSU-Buug) proudly marks the completion of the AACCUP Preliminary Survey Visit for the Bachelor of Science in Fisheries (BS Fisheries) program conducted on May 11–15, 2026.

With sincere appreciation, we thank Prof. Glycinea M. De Peralta of Cagayan State University for her expertise, thoughtful recommendations, and encouraging insights that will further strengthen and improve the program.

The College also extends its gratitude to Chancellor Prof. Sheila G. Magolama, PhD, for her inspiring leadership and steadfast support. We likewise recognize the dedication of Mr. Franklin Marc G. Siarza, University Quality Assurance Focal Person, and Dr. Marcela T. Caluscosin, AACCUP Program Survey Coordinator, whose guidance and commitment greatly contributed to the successful conduct of the survey visit.

Our appreciation also goes to the faculty members, staff, students, alumni, and stakeholders whose cooperation and collective efforts made this undertaking possible.

Calling all interested RFPs! The Department of Fisheries, Faculty of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences of Visayas State University Tolosa is happy to announce its second Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Training on May 21–23, 2026, via Zoom application through its 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐊𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐧: 𝐀 𝐂𝐏𝐃 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬.

MSU Zamboanga Sibugay Special Admission Policy: Conditional Admission Now Open. 📣📣

To all aspiring MSUans:

Opportunities remain open for applicants who may not have reached the standard SASE qualifying score but demonstrate strong potential to succeed.

Who may qualify?

• Applicants with SASE scores ranging from 55 to 60 may opt to enroll in the College Bound Program (CBP), or
• Choose to enroll in a two-year program, Diploma in Fisheries Technology (DFT) major in Fish Processing at MSU–RT Lim.
• Applicants who meet additional academic, personal, and socio-economic considerations may also be considered.

Qualified applicants will undergo the College Bound Program (CBP) as part of their conditional admission.

📌Submission of Requirements:
May 6 to 12, 2026

Applicants are kindly advised to submit all necessary documents to the Office of the Director for Admission, MSU Zamboanga Sibugay / RT Lim Extension, within the specified period.
