Holistic therapy means not just to address the physical, but the emotional, mental and spiritual aspect of our health. We are constantly bombarded by stress and negativity in our society yet we only seek for help when our bodies experience “dis-ease” and expect allopathic medicine to heal us like miracles. However, by treating only the symptoms, we may not understand the true root cause of such “d

is-ease” which may be caused by emotional, mental, or energetic distress. Holistic therapy is one way to help us get in touch with our inner selves and to understand how our physical health is closely connected to our emotional, mental and spiritual health. Ho, his family is working with HKU Centre on Behavioral Health to launch a series of free lectures and workshops on various topics on holistic therapy led by local and overseas professionals as well as professional trainings in 2012 and 2013, such as dance therapy, art therapy, and energy healing. The aim of this program is to create general public awareness on what holistic therapy is and to educate the public on how to balance their emotional and mental health through hands-on workshops. At the same time, we hope that this program helps local healthcare professionals to develop a deeper understanding on how holistic therapies can assist with healing their patients and themselves. We hope that we can help to spread the message of loving ourselves, by being able to incorporating tools from various workshops in order to restore peace, balance, and positive attitude in our lives.

從地震、海嘯到核災，福島事故由一場自然災害，迫切地引發了讓人類從新審視應如何與大自然和平共處的一課，反思科技的應用與人類意識覺醒應並肩而行的重要性。
於研討會中，除了波動(Hado)工作的介紹，根本泰行博士亦會解說有關水的研究及結晶照片如何幫助我們了解來自大自然的訊息，以及他們在提倡如何應用水的結晶照片了解地震情況的資料。

From earthquake, tsunami to the nuclear accident, the natural disaster in Fukushima triggered a pressing need for the humanity to review how we should live harmoniously with the mother nature. The incident guides us to reflect why the development in science and technology and the awakening of our consciousness are equally important.
During the symposium Dr. Yasuyuki Nemoto will talk about their work on Hado and how we can listen to the messages of nature through the studies on water and water crystals. Besides, he will also share about their advocacy to use water crystal studies as the medium to understand more about earthquake.
