Before you step on stage, don’t skip the warm-up 🖤

It’s not just stretching — it’s preparation for everything your body is about to do.

Warming up helps prevent injuries, improves flexibility and control, activates your nervous system for sharper movement, boosts focus and confidence, and builds stamina for a stronger, more consistent performance.

Small habit, big impact. Your body will thank you on stage ✨

Queensborough Community College Dance Program proudly invites you to this year’s Dance Workshop Performances.

Join us for an evening of powerful and thought-provoking works performed by our dance majors, featuring choreography by Kyle Marshall, Robert Battle, Crystal Craigen, and Emily Berry, alongside emerging student choreographers.

Through themes of history, resilience, rites of passage, and collective power, this year’s program highlights the voices and artistry of the next generation of dancers.
