The Livestock Judging Team had a remarkable evening celebrating the 2025-2026 year at the annual ๐€๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ž ๐๐š๐ง๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ญ!

Kylie Hurd was honored as the Outstanding Graduate of the NEO Ag Department and received the Outstanding Team Member Award. Cooper McNally received the prestigious Jary Douglas Award, and skillfully served as an emcee for the event. Additionally, Kannon Scott, Macy Collier, Carrier Miller & Shane Kendall were acknowledged for their outstanding performances and dedication.

Furthermore, Kaleb Dorr, Callie Ferguson, Riley Nothwehr, Rylee Anderson, Keira Lortie, Jett Ouradnik, Natalie Campen, Mallorie Beck, Kaylyn Shireman, Kohen Schipper, Addy Zellow, Tayhlor Elmore, Jose Pedron, Reagan Werner, & Lane Steward recognized with most being named Cream of the Crop freshmen and will serve as upcoming Ag Ambassadors.
Kaleb Dorr was announced as the Champion Aggie Western Showman, with teammate Jett Ouradnik being named Reserve Champion Aggie Western Showman. Our freshmen students had a strong presence in all departmental club activities and we are eager to see how they continue to lead next year.

Our students reflect the dedication of those who invest in them, while inspiring us to continually raise the bar. We are incredibly proud and deeply grateful!

Join us in welcoming Peyton Rice!

Peyton Rice, a first-generation ag student from Owasso, Oklahoma, is deeply committed to her FFA chapter. She excels in showing lambs and livestock judging, having qualified for state competitions, and makes it a point to attend various camps and conventions. Peyton's positive attitude is evident in her involvement in her Senior Class board and Student Council.

Mylie Hance, from Wyandotte, grew up in the cattle industry on her family ranch in Miami, raising and showing registered polled Herefords. She has been active in FFA where she did cattle grading, livestock judging, and quiz bowl, building a strong foundation in agriculture.

She is also involved in NHS and SMAC, showing her commitment to leadership, academics, and service.

Mylie has qualified for state competitions and continues to stand out through her hard work and determination. She is known for her strong character and positive attitude. She leads with confidence and grit.

Weโ€™re excited to see all she will accomplish!

All youth judging contests are special, but we think the ones hosted in Miami, OK are a little extra special! We were blessed with an efficient, education contest full of quality livestock, contestants and coaches thanks to a host of support!

Bailey Malone, a Gentry, Arkansas native, was raised on a commercial cow-calf operation. She developed a passion for Brahman cattle and began exhibiting them on a national level. She served on the American Junior Brahman Association Junior Board as Secretary and currently serves as President of the state association. She is also the Vice President of Logan Benton County 4-H Club and President of the Gentry FFA Chapter.

Bailey is extremely active in livestock judging, claiming several titles, including Arkansas FFA High Individual, three-time Arkansas 4-H Reserve High Individual, Reserve High Individual at Big 3, and various other Top 5 placings across the region.

Bailey is incredibly talented, but above that she stands for grit, dedication, class, and humility. We are elated to have her and cannot wait to see what she will accomplish!

De Queen, AR native, Jacob Seymour, grew up in the livestock industry, showing all four species. He began judging livestock in the eighth grade and is deeply involved in the De Queen FFA, Sevier County 4-H, and National Honor Society.
