𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 (𝐈𝐂𝐓), 𝐁𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐓, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 (𝐁𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐓) for conducting a detailed Result Analysis Meeting on the academic performance of the 𝐈𝐂𝐓 Department over the last two semesters.
During the session, the 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫 provided valuable directions regarding student counselling, motivation, academic mentoring, and effective strategies for further departmental improvement. His insightful guidance and continuous encouragement have inspired the department to work more dedicatedly towards academic excellence and student success.
The 𝐈𝐂𝐓 faculty members have been working tirelessly over the past few days to analyze student performance, identify challenges, and formulate improvement strategies. Alhamdulillah, the department has already observed positive outcomes, and the faculty members are highly encouraged and motivated by the constructive feedback and appreciation received during the meeting.
The Department of 𝐈𝐂𝐓 remains committed to continuous improvement, student development, and maintaining quality education through proper mentoring, monitoring, and outcome-based academic practices.
