Whether your swimmer is keen to go pro, wants to perfect their technique or just needs more confidence in the water, Quest Swim Club’s Coach Wayne will help them swim to victory. Quest Swim Club swimmers have gold medals from some of SA’s biggest swimming events, like the Midmar Mile and Sun City Swim, to prove it! Coach Wayne trains young swimmers, from beginner to competitive level, in learn-to-

swim basics, stroke correction and race pace training. He takes a holistic approach to training, boosting not only children’s physical fitness (through body control, breathing techniques, and agility, strength and endurance work) but also mental toughness (including self-confidence and grit). With a solid track-record of bringing out the best in every child, Coach Wayne develops youngsters’ swimming skills and techniques in an encouraging environment where each swimmer gets individual attention and recognition for their efforts. He also believes in training smart, so there’s always time for fun! An all-round sports fanatic, Coach Wayne has the passion, credentials and expertise to devise strategic training programmes for swimmers of all ages, abilities and levels. He has Level 3 Certification through the American Swimming Coaches Association and more than a decade’s experience as Head Coach at leading institutions like Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge and Wits University. Coach Wayne will get your kid moving confidently and quickly through the water and smashing (while splashing!) their swimming goals. *💚 QUEST SWIMMING CLUB - CGA SENIOR WINTER CHAMPS 💚*
*11TH PLACE OVERALL WITH JUST 3 SWIMMERS!*

What a weekend at CGA Snr Winter Champs! In a gala packed with big clubs of 20-30 swimmers, our little team of 3 warriors took on tough conditions and came out with PBs, medals, and an incredible Top 11 finish overall!

At just 14, racing against older girls in tough conditions, Emily proved why she's one of the toughest IM swimmers in the province. Quest toughness!

Luke, your Fly pacing was perfect and that Backstroke PB was massive. Sub-60 is coming next gala!

*⚡️ DEACAN - THE BREAKTHROUGH SWIM!*
- 400m Free 5:16.66 - *MASSIVE PB -5.25 seconds!*

Deacan, 5 seconds off is not a PB, that's a statement! All the hard work in the pool and on land is paying off. Big things coming!

With only 3 swimmers against clubs with 10x our numbers, Quest Swimming finished *11TH OVERALL at CGA Snr Winter Champs!*

Imagine what we will do with 6 or 10 swimmers! These kids didn't just swim fast, they showed true Quest heart and champion mindset when it mattered most.

Thank you to our amazing parents for your support, to CGA for hosting, and to these 3 athletes who represented the green shirt with pride and respect.

Next stop: Summer Championship - we are coming, and we are ready!
