Leadership transformation is often measured in attendance, engagement, or satisfaction scores — but that says very little about how leaders actually change how they lead inside organisations.
One of our participants, Shadrach Van Wyk, recently shared:
“I had to grow, so that I could help others grow. My learning journey with SBI has enabled me to become a better version of myself and to grow where I thought it was not possible.”
This matters to his organisation Eduvos SA because leadership development only becomes valuable when it shows up in behaviour under pressure — not just reflection in a learning environment.
Real capability shift is visible in how leaders see themselves in relation to growth, responsibility, and others. This is where most leadership systems fall short: they develop understanding, but not always consistent ex*****on change across the organisation.
