Anatomically, we are all the same ( that's not to include size and shape).
Men have same body parts and so has women.

What makes us different, from one another then?
It's the skills and life experience.
Have you ever wandered why your age mates are doing better than you (us)? It's simple, they learnt survive skills and had life changing experience, not only that, they also mastered those skills and experience, now they use them rightly to better their lives.
I have always told my students to learn and master the skills because, that will be the difference between them and the society. It doesn't matter what paper one may have to their name, what matters is the skill they have mastered.
This is why when you go to Europe, employment is not about the paper but it's all about the skills and the experience.
To all learning students! Learn the skill and get the experience.
Nurse Educator.

The long awaited Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ) final results for November_December examination, are out, and as usual the passing rate is not different from the last two sets of results NMCZ has produced, which is not good at whole.

What should be your reaction as a student in this matter?
1. First if all be real with yourself, don't deceive yourself. You knew you were a weak student who struggled to pass your semester exams and the mock, so just accept the results as they come, that should be your first step to doing better on your next attempt.
2. Arrogance and playful. Most of you students you prioritized playing, clubbing and men first and school second, you should also accept and go back as a changed student.

What should be your Solutions?
1. Write down your weakness, for you know them better and begin working on them.
2. Don't rush for NMCZ exam resit but take time to work on yourself and the weakness identified.
3. Be willing to learn and study to learn.
I have observed as a Nurse Tutor, most of these students lacks the will to learn and that hinders their ability to understand and comprehend what the lecture is teaching. You must understand that for learning to take place, the learner must be willing to learn.

For the lecturers, you will find different kinds of students in your class, the fast learner, slow learners, lazy, stubborn and arrogance students. A good leader focuses on the strength of his subordinates and works on modding them towards achievement of the goals.
Lastly, you can only do better after you realize your weakness and mistakes and you start working towards strengthing yourself.
They say, it doesn't matter how many times you fall, what matters is how many you rise. Take this failing of the exam as an opportunity to develop and become a better professional.
