The mind is all wise so it will shift its gear to survival mode. Now what is the survival mode of the mind.Well!! when you feed it with creative thoughts it will reciprocate ( give back) like what you do to the right it is also done to the left. But here is the dangerous secret of SECRETS if you dare drift to depression thoughts, the mind is generous enough to release a trigger or valve of awareness so that other parts of your body may see heaven. This is a mental illness just like when you overload the voltage of electricity, the breakers will drop to prevent damage of other innocent appliances. Try this and prove it to yourself, seeing is believing in some people. Medically speaking let me bring it on. If you continue feeding your thoughts with depression, just like the body system releases toxins from j***y foods by forming an abscess ( ifipute) just to realese puss for the sake of innocent other parts body organ apart from your mouth which enjoyed in chewing in highly processed foodstuffs.
NB: You, yourself, you are what you think 24/7, what you eat 24/7, what you react 24/7. Walk your own path and be a genius to live a genuine life

If you can remember to dress up in clean clothes after bathing everyday, you can also train your mind to remember to dress up in clean thoughts after waking up everyday @05:00hrs.
But why is all this Shubert Chileya naiwe!!!
It's just a reminder that even babies ( mostly)are conceived in the early hours and mostly are born in the same hours they entered the womb. Better still when they grow old enough to die they die the same hours they were fertilized. Life is a cycle of natural ritual ( natural habit) or laws of nature.

Baby 💕 faces 🤩 come from laughing 🤣 and dancing a lot. When did you laugh to a point 👉 of cracking your ribs? Babies cry and laugh to a point of urinating themselves. That is the secret to staying younger than your age. I know you are wondering how to do that,!! , Don't worry about even laughing and dancing in the spirit still gives good results but not better than the actual.
Today look at those people with old faces, they Don't laugh nor do they find time to dance in the Spirit. Laugh and dance in your exams, at work, in problems, at church, especially in the morning. Do not live like Mr perfect man there is no one who is perfect. Your spirit has always longed to flow like water 🌊 in dancing and laughing but you hold it like the way you press a horse pipe flowing of water. You will end up bursting in BP like my neighbor who left wealth for his wife who laughs and dances a lot. An artistic way of life is to make a lot of mistakes and rejoice in them. Join babies in painting and walking bare foot👣in your yard, that's ART.
Sleep like babies even for 2 hours sleeping like a dead person is the same as those who sleep for 8 hours with a lot of disturbances. Take a leave off your work just to go laughing and dancing. Don't put your spirit in a bottle, let your spirit flow with laws of nature. Why do you forget that you are a spirit in that human experience. I pledge to hit 120 years while maintaining my visage because I laugh and dance at early bells.
