The past week perfectly reflected the essence of working in international relations at a university.
Starting on Monday, Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from EDEN UNIVERSITY – our partner in educational and mobility projects. This time we had a possibility to meet again with Vice Chancellor – Alvert Ng’andu and Deputy Vice Chancellor – Prof. Flavien Bumbangi.

From Wednesday to Friday, Bydgoszcz – the City of Water – became the venue of the International Rescue Congress RESCUE, gathering leading experts from Poland and around the world. For three days, participants exchanged best practices, discussed current challenges, and explored new opportunities for the development of rescue processes.
The highlight of this dynamic week, from my perspective as Director for International Relations, was the signing of partnership agreements between WSG University’s international partners.
The agreements were concluded between:
🟦 Kazakh National University and Osh University (Kyrgyzstan)
🟦 EDEN University (Zambia) and Osh University (Kyrgyzstan)
These collaborations mark another step forward in strengthening our global academic network and building bridges between Europe, Asia, and Africa. 🌍
I would also like to express my highest appreciation to the organizers of the RESCUE Congress – especially to Alexander Skaliy, who once again delivered a highly successful edition of this international event with outstanding commitment and dedication.
