The School of Computer Science and Informatics at De Montfort University Dubai proudly hosted the Final Year Project Poster Exhibition 2026, showcasing the creativity, innovation and dedication of our final-year students.

The exhibition provided an excellent platform for students to present their research, technical solutions and innovative project ideas to faculty members, industry professionals, peers and visitors. The outstanding quality of the projects reflected the students’ technical expertise, problem-solving abilities and commitment to excellence.

A huge thank you to Nathan Kearney and his team of Recruitment Consultants for delivering an engaging Employability in Dubai session and CV Workshop for our final-year Business Management students.

As part of our Employability Empowerment initiatives at DMU Dubai, over 70 students received personalised one-to-one CV feedback and gained valuable insights into today's recruitment market, employer expectations, and how to stand out when starting their careers.

It was fantastic to see students actively engaging, networking with industry professionals, and leaving with practical advice they can apply straight away.

At the Vibe Coding Workshop, students explored how AI can support coding, what “vibe coding” really means, and discussed one of the biggest questions shaping today’s technology landscape: will AI replace future jobs, or transform the way we work?
