Dubai is a modern and advanced city🌇

Let's go back in time and learn a little about its history.

🏜️At the beginning of the 19th century, Dubai was a small settlement surrounded by a fortress wall, and the Al-Fahidi Fort was located inside the city. For many years, Dubai remained a simple fishing village.

During the same period, two disasters occurred that caused serious damage to the city. First, an epidemic broke out in Dubai in 1841, then in 1894 there was a severe fire that destroyed most of the houses.

But thanks to its trade potential, the city was able to regain its strength.
Dubai is known as an oil-producing emirate, and these reserves were discovered in 1966, attracting traders from nearby Iran, India and parts of Europe.

A turning point in history was the unification of the 6 emirates of the Persian Gulf into a single federal state.
So, in 1971, the world learned about a new country - the United Arab Emirates.
