With teenagers of my own coming to the end of their high school journey, this is becoming more relevant every day.

The tools (or lack thereof) we are providing them with to tackle life, are they relevant in 2025? Resilience and Accountability; where do these sit with our next generation? Do they require these 'soft skills' to succeed in life?

The global workforce is facing a monumental challenge: the widening youth skills gap. A recent article by the World Economic Forum highlights the urgent need to address this issue.

With Quest UAE looking to open its doors in September 2025, appears the Education Stategy 2033 (E33) announced last month by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed in Dubai, is in alignment with our aspirations.

A great way to get the Quest UAE venture up and running. Thanks a million to the young men and women of the Dubai Sharks R.F.C. who put elements of the program to the test, with the trusted support of Marc Walker, as seen in the fabulous pictures captureed by the brilliant Press Play Photography Video & Aerials.

Thanks to Bear Grylls Explorers Camp for the use of their great facility in Ras al Khaimah. Will no doubt continue to work towards some form of collaboration. Speaking of collaboration’s, Thrive, with Emma Cresswell is a great opportunity for us to develop our Natural acumen pillar to the program, focusing on Bee regeneration in the region.
