اطلاعیه فوری ، جدی و بسیار مهم 📣
اطلاع رسانی اضطراری وزارت بهداشت به عموم مردم مبنی بر شیوع آنفولانزای کروناویروس، این بار بسیار جدی و کشنده است. به محض آلوده شدن ، درمانی وجود ندارد. از چین شروع شده و در کشورهای مختلف شیوع پیدا کرده است.
روش پیشگیری آن مرطوب نگه داشتن گلو است ، اجازه ندهید گلو شما خشک شود. بنابراین عطش خود را نگه ندارید زیرا هنگامی که غشای گلوی شما خشک شد ، ویروس در طی 10 دقیقه به بدن شما حمله می کند.
با توجه به سن ،نوشیدن آب گرم 50-80 سی سی برای بزرگسالان و 30-50 سی سی برای کودکان الزامی است. هر وقت احساس می کنید گلو شما خشک است ، منتظر نمانید ، آب بنوشید. به یکباره آب زیاد ننوشید چون کمکی نمی کند ، درعوض همچنان گلو را مرطوب نگه دارید. از رفتن به به مکانهای شلوغ تا پایان مارس 2020 ، جدا خوداری کنید، ماسک بپوشید به خصوص در قطار یا در حمل و نقل عمومی الزامی است. از غذاهای سرخ شده یا تند خودداری کنید و ویتامین C مصرف کنید.
علائم آن به شرح زیر می باشد:
1. تب بالای پی در پی
2. سرفه طولانی پس از تب
3. کودکان مستعد تر هستند
4- بزرگسالان معمولاً احساس ناراحتی ، سردرد و عمدتاً مشکلات مربوط به تنفس پیدا می کنند
5: بسیار مسری می باشد
