Adelaide Education Group was pleased to participate in Expert Connect 2026 – Education & Migration Fair, held on Friday, 4 September at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Our team connected with prospective students and families to share the many study opportunities available across AEG, including pathways through Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE), Adelaide Institute of Business and Technology (AIBT), Adelaide International School (AIS), and Intensive English Language Centre (IELC). Events like this are also a valuable opportunity for us to connect directly with the communities we serve, understand their aspirations, and strengthen the relationships that support students throughout their education journey.

Thank you to Rupak Bartaula, Director of Expert Education and Visa Services Adelaide, and his energetic team for organising this event and bringing together students, families, education providers, suppliers, and the wider community. We value these opportunities to build meaningful connections, strengthen our community engagement, and help students discover the right pathway towards their study and career goals in Australia.

Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE)'s MBA (Hospitality) students stepped beyond the classroom on 2 September 2026 for an industry tour of IBIS Hotel, located in the Adelaide CBD. The visit provided students with first-hand insights into hospitality, events, and venue management, exploring areas including event operations and planning, customer experience, marketing, technology, business operations, and stakeholder management. Most importantly, it was an opportunity to connect their MBA learning with real-world industry practice and gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges shaping the hospitality and events sector.

A special thank you to Dr Roger Haden, Lecturer for BUS9051 Event Management, for supporting this valuable industry engagement, and to Mr Mitchell Cant, Events and Groups Coordinator at Ibis Adelaide, for generously sharing his industry knowledge and facilitating the guided tour. Experiences like these are an important part of the MBA learning journey at AIHE, strengthening students’ practical understanding, industry awareness, professional confidence, and connections with industry.

“AI adoption is not a technology project. It is a leadership, capability, and governance challenge.”

This was a key message from Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE)’s recent session, “Beyond the Chatbot: Strategic Leadership and Value Creation with Microsoft Copilot,” hosted by Dr Nick Hadjinicolaou, for AIHE's Adelaide and Melbourne students. Our guest speaker, Daniel Brown, MVP for Copilot and Azure AI Foundry, shared practical insights into moving beyond simply using AI towards creating genuine organisational value.

The session explored how successful AI adoption starts with real business problems and requires strong data governance, responsible use, change management, and human accountability. A striking example showed how an AI-enabled solution reduced a four-to-six-week review process to approximately six hours, while retaining human oversight.

Daniel also encouraged our MBA students to “get yourself involved” in industry associations, special interest groups, communities of practice, and professional networks. Thank you to Daniel for sharing his expertise and to Dr Nick Hadjinicolaou for facilitating this valuable industry engagement.

At Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE), student success is about more than academic achievement. We recognise that the demands of study, work, relationships, living away from home, and adjusting to change can sometimes feel overwhelming. That is why confidential wellbeing support is available to our students throughout the Study Period, providing a safe and supportive space to talk when they need it. ❤️‍🩹

Whether it is managing stress and study pressures, navigating life changes, dealing with homesickness or isolation, building confidence, or simply needing someone to talk to, support is available. Looking after wellbeing is an important part of the student journey, and at AIHE, we want our students to know that they do not have to navigate every challenge on their own. Your wellbeing matters.

The Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE) is pleased to introduce a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialisation within its Master of Business Administration (MBA), strengthening our commitment to preparing business leaders for an increasingly AI-driven world.

Designed specifically for managers and future leaders, the AI Specialisation goes beyond understanding the technology itself. Through subjects in Artificial Intelligence for Business, AI Strategy, Innovation and Competitive Advantage, and AI Data Analytics for Managers, students will learn how to evaluate, lead, and govern AI-enabled business initiatives, use data and analytics to support informed decision-making, and connect emerging technologies with business strategy.

As AI continues to transform industries and reshape the way organisations compete, the ability to lead its responsible and strategic adoption is becoming an essential management capability. AIHE’s new MBA specialisation brings together business leadership, strategy, innovation, and practical AI application, preparing graduates to lead confidently in the workplaces of the future.
