Today is international Pregnancy and infant loss memorial day (15th of October).
This is a day when bereaved parents around the world pause to remember their babies and pregnancies.
If you have been through this journey be kind and gentle to yourself today.
If you know someone who has been through this loss, you could send them a message naming and remembering their special little person to remind them that their loved one will never be forgotten.
For further support please contact see Red Nose grief and loss support or https://www.sands.org.au/
