The Tavistock Trust for Aphasia have pledged $72,958 towards a global aphasia awareness campaign... if we can match their contribution, dollar for dollar. We need your help to match the momentum and make aphasia awareness a reality!

Can any past or present Masters student reply to this question from Isabella?

I’m hoping to start a Master of Speech Pathology at UQ for the 2026 academic calendar. I’m just wondering roughly how many hours a week Im looking at being at university, to my understanding the work load is fairly demanding but I can’t seem to find just how much time I have to be at university. I’ve just been offered a pretty great opportunity with an administration role at an allied health practice and I’m hoping to provide them with a semi accurate availability for the semester.

Room 304 of the Therapies Building 25 years ago was the site where the Australian Aphasia Assiciation started.

We’re having a celebratory lunch. Which of your previous aphasia lecturers would you like to see at the lunch? Helen Chenery? Wendy Arnott? Dave Copland? Sarah Wallace? Vickie Dawson? Bronwyn Davidson?

Or maybe some others like Gail Woodyatt? Anne Ozanne? Deborah Theodoros?

Let me (Linda Worrall) know in the comments. 😊
