Are you a woman who has MS living in Australia
Are you a mother or a woman who is considering becoming a mother? The aim of this study is to learn more about women's experiences of motherhood while living with MS. The findings of the study will be used to improve support services for women who are mothers, or who are considering becoming mothers, while living with an ongoing health condition. This

study has been approved by the Western Sydney University Human Research Ethics Committee (Study ref. Who can take part?

* Women who have been diagnosed with a chronic physical health condition

* Aged 18 years and over

* Women who are mothers OR who are considering becoming mothers. We invite you to take part in an online survey about your health, wellbeing and experiences on perspectives on motherhood. Will the information I give be kept confidential? Yes, all information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. How do I take part?
