We offer a variety of undergraduate choices for Australian and international students, our Bachelor of Science degree in Physics being both flexible and relevant to industry. We also offer higher degrees by coursework and research and attract a range of international researchers. Our core focus is fundamental research, and we translate the results of that research into the development of new technologies for the benefit of humankind. In the Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) rankings we were awarded five out of five in the broad areas of Physical Sciences.
