2025 ATARs are projected to be released on Friday, 19 December at 9pm. Here are some handy hints to get ready for the big day (and what comes afterwards).
1. Check your login details. Remember, if you’ve never logged in to TISCOnline before, you will still be on the default password – check the factsheet here to work out what that is: www.tisc.edu.au/static-fixed/misc/release-scaled-scores-and-atar.pdf
2. If you have logged in previously, you can use the password reset function if you’ve forgotten your password. However, if you didn’t listen to our advice and registered with your school email address, you may have trouble retrieving the password reset information!
3. You will be able to view your ATAR (if you qualify) and scaled scores on your Universities Admission Advice Letter. We recommend saving a copy of this PDF for future reference.
4. Other information, like raw examination results and WACE results, will be available through the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) on Sunday, 21 December. Check their blog post here for more information: https://www.scsa.wa.edu.au/publications/blog
Once you have checked your results:
1. Congratulate yourself on your achievements, even if you didn’t get the ATAR you were hoping for. Your ATAR is only one measure of academic achievement, and not a summary of all that you have achieved in your schooling.
2. If you have applied for university, you may wish to review your preference choices. You have until 11.59pm on Saturday, 20 December to change your preferences.
3. If you have questions about your scaled scores and/or ATAR, the information on TISC’s website is a great place to start. Check under the Resources tab for lots of helpful information about how we calculate the ATAR.
4. If you still have questions, contact TISC on 9318 8000. Our phone lines will be open on Saturday 20 December between 10:00am and 1:00pm. To help your call go smoothly, please have your TISC User ID (WACE Student Number) ready when you call.
