Last week, our Outdoor Education students were sharpening their archery skills on campus as they prepared for their upcoming session at Paringa Archery in Trevallyn.

These sessions have been a fantastic opportunity for students to build their accuracy and concentration while developing safe and responsible shooting techniques. We’re looking forward to seeing them put their skills into practice in a dedicated archery setting! 🏹

Join us as we support R U OK? Day and help promote meaningful conversations about mental health and wellbeing.

Wear yellow or add a splash of yellow to your outfit on Thursday, 10th September to show your support for the important message: "Are you OK?"

Who knew learning about health, wellbeing and the services available locally to students and their families could be so much fun?

A huge congratulations to Year 11 student Maya (ex Scottsdale High School Tasmania ) who passed her P1 test recently. Maya has been undertaking regular driving lessons all year with RACT, as part of the Driving for Jobs program. She is enjoying being able to drive herself to work, and also to College occasionally. Well done Maya! 🚗🚦

Teacher Assistant Appreciation Week 💚💙

Today, our Learning Support students and staff came together for a special morning tea to celebrate the incredible contribution of our Learning Support Teacher Assistants. Students expressed their gratitude by creating heartfelt thank you cards and presenting small gifts as a token of appreciation for the care, encouragement and support our TAs provide every day.

We are so grateful for the positive difference our TAs make in helping students learn, grow and thrive, as well as the invaluable support they provide to teachers across our school. Their patience, dedication and willingness to go above and beyond do not go unnoticed.

We think you all deserve a medal, but for now, morning tea and our heartfelt thanks will have to do!
