HMI students designed, planned and implemented a wonderful event on 17th June - The FashBOMBdotCOM A spectacular night of fashion and food. Showcasing the mountain's best in women's fashion. Guests enjoyed a sumptuous 5 course Degustation dinner prepared by the Commercial Cookery students of Blue Mountains College, Wentworth Falls Campus. HMI students co-ordinated and managed the night from the fabulous table settings and artwork through to wonderful food and beverage service. Enjoy a few photos from the night! More to come!
