Envisioned circa 2005 with nothing but a pen, paper, and an ambitious dream shared between its founders, Malaysians of Melbourne University (MoMU) has since achieved great strides & success in becoming one of the most well-established student organizations in the University of Melbourne, picking up where its predecessors have left off. Starting off as a small, simple platform of communication & ne

tworking opportunities for students with a mutual background, MoMU is now comprised of a large, active network of multicultural, international community that spans across the University, with overt influences & relations with other student clubs which share a similar goal both in & outside of the University. Our aim in MoMU is to bring You the best student experience available during your stay in the University of Melbourne, regardless of who you are or wherever you're from. Nationality is never an issue - we are here to show you the wonders of being a part of MoMU as a university student, with 110% fun & 0% politics included alongside with the warmness & lovableness of the Malaysian culture!

Join us for MoMU’s Annual General Meeting on 13th September 2024 at the Malaysian Theatre, Glyn Davis Building (building 133)! Whether you're running for a position or casting your vote, this is your chance to shape the future of MoMU.

Please note that you must register your attendance prior to the AGM start time to be eligible to vote, and stay until the end of the meeting to cast your vote.

All members are welcome to run for the available positions, but be sure to review the proposed amendment (see attachments) that may affect eligibility for executive roles. To nominate yourself or a friend, fill out the form via the link in our bio!
