Today at ASRS, we held an Understanding Trauma information session, creating space for learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation within our community.

We are especially grateful to Paola Kolliou — a qualified counsellor and life coach from Harvest Counselling Services — for sharing her knowledge and guiding the session with such care and compassion.

Following the session, we came together to share a halal community lunch — a simple but powerful way to connect, support one another and continue building a sense of belonging.
