UNIS presents our annual Grand Iftar — back in full force 🤍
Join us for an evening of reflection, unity, and shared blessings as we gather to break our fast together on campus 🕌✨ Let’s strengthen our bonds, uplift one another, and start the academic year grounded in faith and community 🤲💫

📍 Location: Brennan Room, Shortland Building
🕖 Please arrive by 7:00pm

We will also be holding Taraweeh prayer on campus (Grand Iftar night only) 🤍🕌

Program:
🕌 7:30pm – Maghrib Prayer
🍽️ 7:45pm – Iftar
🕌 8:55pm – Isha Prayer
🌙 9:00pm – Taraweeh Prayer

UNIS is proud to announce that we are facilitating an event run by Islamophobia Australia. It is an interactive workshop aimed at young people to help youth understand, respond to and cope with Islamophobia.

WHO: Young people (Muslim and non-Muslim) aged between 14-25
WHERE: UoN Callaghan Campus, Room CT202/CT302
WHEN: 13th June 6pm-8pm

It is free for all people to sign-up. People outside of the target age group are welcome as well. Please share the sign-up link around to whoever you feel would benefit from it.

As Salaam Alaikum. The annual UNIS AGM is being held on Thursday 19th October at 5pm.
Location to be confirmed.

This is where we will vote in the new executives for the upcoming year.
Unfortunately Post Covid we have had difficulty with revamping the club due to limited numbers. However Insha'allah with your participation we can organize and run more events for the Muslims at UON.
We highly recommend all Brothers and Sisters from all levels of experience to join the committee so we can benefit the community as a whole.
