Cain Lab - Monash University Sleep and Circadian Medicine The Cain lab focuses on individual differences in the sensitivity of the circadian system to light.

Seeking people taking lithium as a treatment for bipolar disorder, but not taking hormonal contraception and free from other major medical diagnoses.

The study involves:
- Completing an online screening questionnaire to determine your eligibility
- Attending a screening and consent interview (~1.5 hours)
- Completing questionnaires about your sleep, mood, and lifestyle
- ~1-week of in-home sleep and light monitoring
- Completing an assessment of your pupillary responses to light (~1 hour)

You will be reimbursed $80 upon completion of the study.
