- Experience in a Call Centre environment/Previous strong sales results
- Must hold a valid Working with Children Check
- Experience in higher education or international student recruitment is desirable
- Experience with CRM software platforms - particularly Salesforce.
- Used to working to tight KPI's and deadlines
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to also work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.

ACPE is delighted to reintroduce our ACPE Alumni Referral Program. This program aims to grow our connection with our valuable Alumni family and to discover the next generation of ACPE students.

As an ACPE Alumni referrer, you will receive $1,000 per eligible student referred. Eligible students are prospective ACPE Students that enrol with ACPE and remain enrolled post the census date of Semester Two, 2022 or Semester One, 2023!
