Hi everyone,

thank you all for your interest in rush. We were very excited to bring you some great events.

We regret to inform you that due to present concerns over the novel coronavirus, a number of upcoming, public Rush events have been cancelled. We value the health of the members of our community and as such will avoid running public events for the time being. For those who were interested, we will be contacting individuals in the coming days, however feel free to contact us to arrange a meeting.

In August this year, six brothers of the Sydney chapter travelled to the annual AEPi International Convention in Washington DC, making it the largest ever Australian delegation.

At convention, brothers took part in leadership development, Jewish identity, and tikkun olam programs to help develop their skills, knowledge, and understanding of what it means to be a brother of Alpha Epsilon Pi. It was also incredible opportunity for brothers to make connections with undergraduates from all over the world including the US, Canada, the UK, Austria, and Israel.

As always, we look forward to doing it all again next year - this time in Atlanta!

Nothing like winding down after a hectic Rush over snags and basketball. A great first brotherhood event for new members, Zac Albert and Daniel Admon, as the boys have yet another good ol' sausage party at UNSW.

Earlier this month our brothers Aran Pando and Colby Wigoder took part in the 2019 Friendship Walk to raise money for Sydney Friendship Circle, an organisation that helps community members with special needs get the care and love they deserve.

Yesterday four brothers of AEPi donated whole blood and plasma to the Australian Red Cross Blood Donor Centre, Town Hall. Big naches to brothers Aran Pando, Benji Sky, Jonathan Moallem, and Samuel Marks for donating to such a good cause.

Blood and plasma donations can be used to save lives with applications ranging from research and development of new treatments, to saving lives in treating cancers, autoimmune diseases, or even blood transfusions.
