🌟Connecting the dots: transition from University to agency🌟

Pawena Kaniah will share her journey from University graduation to landing a job at one of the most prestigious advertising agencies. Her contributions to the media industry have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the B&T 30 Under 30 Strategy Award just 2 months ago and a nomination as a finalist for the B&T Women in Media - Rising Stars Award last year. Additionally, she serves as a member of the MFA DE&I Advisory Council, where she actively contributes to shaping the future of our field.

She also teaches Critical Thinking at her self-founded start-up to over 4,000+ students now since 2020 virtually.

She is also a TEDx Speaker. Her TED Talk titled “Embracing Permanent Beta in Everyday Life” emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and personal growth
