I studied the Certificate IV in Kitchen Management at VIA Education and VIA Hospitality, and it has been a great experience. The trainers are friendly, supportive, and always happy to help. I learned many practical cooking skills and gained more confidence working in the kitchen.
The classes are enjoyable, and I had the opportunity to meet students from many different countries. I also improved my teamwork and communication skills.
