Want to get involved in one of the most exciting societies on campus? 🇬🇷
This is your chance to join the MUGA General Committee, supporting our 2026 Executive Team in delivering events, growing our community, and promoting Greek culture at Macquarie!

⚠️ Please note: Executive positions for 2026 have already been filled, this meeting is to select our General Committee only.

• Must attend in person (no proxy voting)

(Memberships close 1 day before the meeting, you must be a member by Sunday 19 April to register, nominate yourself and vote at the meeting)

Today, we commemorate Jesus’ betrayal by Judas, Jesus washing His disciples’ feet and the Last Supper, where Christ gave His body and blood (the Eucharist) for our salvation.

It is the traditional day when tsoureki is baked, with the rising of the bread symbolising Christ’s resurrection, and eggs are dyed red to represent the blood of Christ.🙏🏾
