A big thank you to Ross Crapis for his outstanding contribution as Chair of the WEA Co Board. At our recent AGM, we farewelled Ross as he retired from his role as Director and Chair, closing an incredible chapter of service to our organisation.

Ross first joined WEA Co as an Associate Director in 2017 before being elected to the Board the following year. He generously volunteered his time and expertise for eight years as a Director, including seven years as Chair. His leadership, commitment and support have made a genuine and lasting impact on our organisation and the broader community.

We are deeply grateful for all he has given and wish him the very best in the next chapter.
