The Department of EEE, CUET has established the Bureau of Research, Testing & Consultation (BRTC) to provide expert advisory, consultancy, research, and technical testing services for industries, organizations, and individuals. The EEE department of CUET has formed Bureau of Research, Testing & Consultation (BRTC) with a view to providing its expert services in advisory, consultancy, research and

testing to individuals, corporates, industries as well as various forms of national and international interests. Currently, the department is providing consultation, research and testing services related to all kinds of electrical and electronic appliances, transformers, generators, motors, control systems, power system analysis, renewable energy, PV systems, PV panels, PV cells, communication systems and high precision meter calibration.

The Bureau of Research, Testing & Consultation (BRTC), Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, CUET is currently conducting 𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒂 250 𝒌𝑽𝑨, 11/0.415 𝒌𝑽 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒆𝒆-𝒑𝒉𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒓 in accordance with relevant international standards.

Through these tests, key performance parameters such as 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 are evaluated to ensure safe and efficient performance in real-world applications.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐁𝐑𝐓𝐂), 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐄𝐄, 𝐂𝐔𝐄𝐓 is conducting Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) tests to evaluate the starting capability and health condition of batteries.

CCA testing measures the ability of a battery to start an engine in cold temperatures by delivering high current during starting conditions. This helps ensure reliable performance and identify weak or deteriorated batteries before failure occurs. Using professional testing equipment, our laboratory provides accurate and reliable battery performance assessment.
