The Department of Humanities (HUM) is a versatile and interdisciplinary department operating under the faculty of Architecture and Planning at CUET. Although it doesn't confer degrees, it offers a diverse range of subjects, including Accounting, Management, Economics, English Literature, and Sociology. Additionally, the department administers English Communication Lab courses to foster the students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities across all engineering disciplines.
The department's overarching objective is to provide well-rounded education by imparting leadership, professional, and communication skills to undergraduate engineering students, thereby preparing them to become competent global engineers.
