RedX, কুমিল্লা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আয়োজিত ক্যারিয়ার কনক্লেভের অন্যতম স্পিকার রাশেদ ভাইয়াকে বৃহস্পতিবার (Head of Human Resource, Coca-Cola) সম্মান সূচক ক্রেষ্ট প্রদান করা হয়। ইন্ডিয়াতে HR কনফারেন্স অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ায় উনি উক্ত সেমিনারে উপস্থিত থাকতে পারেন নি। তবে ভবিষ্যৎ এ ক্যাম্পাসে আসার আসার আগ্রহ ব্যাক্ত করেন তিনি।
