ISTT is looking for a Student Counselor for our Admission Department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make a set number of daily phone calls to prospective students and guardians.
• Maintain and grow a list of positive leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in achieving daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
• Support students and parents by guiding them through the admission process.
• Collaborate with the admission team to enhance student onboarding experience.
• Create and share admission-related content for social media platforms.
• Maintain a record of communications and update the CRM or database as required.

Requirements:
• Current university student or recent graduate (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Bangla and English (spoken & written).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to work independently with a result-driven attitude.

Working Hours:
Flexible part-time (minimum 8 hours/day), including weekends if needed.

Compensation:
Attractive part-time compensation with performance incentives based on admissions.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Part-Time Student Counselor to support our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making daily outreach calls, generating positive student engagement, supporting the admission process, and creating admission-related content for social media. This role is performance-driven and plays a vital part in increasing student enrollment.
