Working Days: 5 days in weeks.

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and execute creative visual ideas for campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Lead and manage the design team to produce high-quality static, motion, and Print Design
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and clients to deliver engaging creative solutions.
• Ensure consistency of design and branding across all materials.
• Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our work cutting-edge.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Visualizer or Art Director in an advertising agency or relevant industry.
• Strong expertise in Static, Motion, and Print design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite etc.).
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and ex*****on skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
