Dear Primeasian,
The 3rd Convocation of Primeasia University is going to be held on April, 2018 in International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB). Students who have completed their Bachelor/Master degree during Fall 2011 to Fall 2017 are eligible to register on First Come First Serve Basis.
Registration fee Tk. 6,000/- (Single Degree)
Tk. 8,000/- (Double Degrees)
Caution Money for Gown Tk. 2,000 (Refundable)
=> Before start registration process, please read the following instruction properly:
=> Graduate Students are advised to Register in Online for the 3rd Convocation Ceremony by February 28, 2018
=> Students are required to submit the following documents to initiate the application process:
(a) Scan copy of Bank Deposit slip for payment of Graduation Application Fee(If deposit Bank only) or Pay online (Tk. 130 will be applicable for using online payment service)
(b) Scan copy of recent color passport size photograph in formal dress. (Size upto 2MB.)
=> Payment of Graduation Fee including Caution money for Gown (Refundable) of Tk. 8,000/-(Taka Eight Thousand only) for Single Degree and Tk. 10,000/-(Taka Ten Thousand only) for Double Degrees is mandatory for every graduating applicant. The payment has to be deposited to any branch of Prime Bank Ltd. with the following:
a. Account Name: Primeasia University
b. AC Number: 13231070001179 or 2132311013192
c. Bank Name: Prime Bank Ltd
d. For Single degree, Clearly written Student ID with Name in BLOCK Letter on Bank’s deposit Slip.
e. For Double degree, Clearly written First Degree Student ID with Name in BLOCK Letter on Bank’s deposit Slip.
=> Online Payment Options: Student can also pay online for Convocation Registration fee using following payment options(Tk. 130 will be applicable for using online payment service).
Debit/Credit Cards: VISA Card, Master Card, Americal Express, DBBL Nexus.
Internet Banking Service: Bank Asia, IBBL iBanking, MTBL.
Mobile Banking: DBBL Mobile Banking, Bkash, AB Direct, MyCash
=> All the above mentioned documents must be uploaded in the Graduation Application Form for ONLINE Registration by February 28, 2018.
=> Failed to apply for the registration within February 28, 2018 will not be considered to attend the Convocation Ceremony.
=> All the applications will be reviewed by the UMS department and will be sent to the Controller of Examinations to verify the grades of all completed courses and CGPA. And also to the Library and Accounts section for clearance.
=> Registered students will be notified time to time through EMAIL/SMS about the application status and instructions to collect Convocation Kit to attend the Convocation Ceremony.
