International Inter University Photography Exhibition 2026

Event Details:
After 13 editions of constant success, this year’s "IIUPE 14" organized by North South University Art & Photography Club - NSUAPC is expected to be even bigger and better.
University students from all over the world are encouraged to participate in the most prestigious Inter University Exhibition organized by a student body in South Asia.
* Two segments:-
1) SINGLE PHOTO.
2) PHOTO STORY.
***8 categories -
i) Portrait
ii) Lifestyle
iii) Landscape & Nature
iv) Architecture
v) Conceptual
vi) Street
vii) Aerial
viii) Astrophotography
Photo Stories will also be awarded by the judges free from mediums.
The name of the honorable judges will be announced shortly.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Single Entry:
1. Amateur and professional photographers of university from all over the world can participate.
2. During Registration the photographer has to give proof of ID. Registration will be confirmed with a message after submitting the registration fee.
3. Only online entries will be accepted. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this Exhibition.
4. No late submission will be accepted.
5. Each participant can submit a maximum of 7 entries under each category.
Example: You can submit a maximum of 7 photos of the Portrait Category. A participant can submit a maximum of 56 entries in total.
6. Upload all your photos in google drive in an organized way. Make sure to give us the access otherwise the submission won't be counted and you'll be disqualified. Afterwards mail the drive link to us.
7. Rename each of your soft copy photograph before uploading in this following format-
“Name_SerialNumber_InstitutionName_Country_Title of the photo_Category_Segment_(B&W or Color)_Mobile No.”
Example: Mushfiqur Rahman_01_North South University_Bangladesh_Caged_Conceptual_B&W_01320200000.
If the institution name is not applicable then mention "Freelancer".
8. Attach a Doc file in the email, denoting your Name, Institution, Phone Number, and Photo Captions according to Serial Number.
**YOUR SUBMISSION WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AUTOMATICALLY IF YOU DON"T RENAME PROPERLY**
9. Entries submitted must not have been submitted or exhibited in any of the IIUPE before.
10. All submissions are final. Further changes will not be allowed.
11. NSUAPC will not be liable for any errors or failures occurred during the submission of the photos. All the rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notice to all participants.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1. The Participants must be the author and sole owner of the copyright of each photograph submitted for IIUPE 2026.
2. Entries must be submitted online in accordance with file uploading instructions as detailed below:
a) File must be in .JPEG format.
b) Photographs submitted must not have any compression artifact.
c) File must contain at least 3000 pixels on the longer side & DPI 300
d) No identifying text overlay or adjacent credit on exhibition entries.
3. Minimal digital manipulation (i.e. only manipulations such as color enhancement, cropping) is allowed. However, adding or removing key elements of the composition is strongly discouraged and may Not be accepted for judging.
The Conceptual Photo category is open to digital photo modification, however, excessively manipulated photos may be disqualified.
Stacking, Blending, Composite for Astrophotography is allowed.
4. Photographs bearing copyright/watermark stamp/logo will Not be accepted.
Photo Story Submission:
• •Each Participant can submit a maximum of 5 Photo Stories.
•All Photographs of the Photo Story must be Zipped in a single file and uploaded in drive. Make sure to give access otherwise the submission won't be counted and you'll be disqualified.
•Each story can have a maximum of 8 photos.
•File Size of the Zip folder must not exceed 23 MB.
•Participants should provide the serial number of the photos to illustrate how they want their story to be arranged.
Example (1.JPEG, 2. JPEG)
•The story can have an overall description as well as captions for each photo.
• In the Case of captions for Each Photograph participant must encrypt a doc file in the zip file. The Doc file must consist of the Title and Captions for each photograph.
For Example 1.JPEG, Title: the beginning, Description: a part of the darkness.
•RENAME YOUR zip file in this format-
“Name_InstitutionName_Country_Title of the story_PhotoStory_Mobile No.”
Example- Ahnaf Tahmin_North South University_Bangladesh_Memories_Photo Story_01712345678.

**NSUAPC will have the right to use the submitted images for marketing the exhibition, featuring on the NSUAPC’s website and the official page of North South University Art & Photography Club & IIUPE official page and insta profile at any given time.**
**The copyright will remain with the photographer and photographs will not be used for any commercial purpose without the consent of the photographer, Although NSUAPC may use the submitted images for promotional purposes of exhibition.**
