The Department of Business Administration, University of South Asia, arranged a heartfelt farewell ceremony in honor of our respected Dean of School of Business Dr. Mohammad Nazrul Islam in recognition of his outstanding contribution, leadership, and dedication to the development of the department and the university.

The program was graced by the honorable Vice Chancellor Sir as the Chief Guest. The event was also attended by the Dean of School of Arts and Culture, Deputy Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Heads of the Department, faculty members, staff members of the university, and beloved students.

The ceremony became a memorable occasion filled with respect, gratitude, emotions, and best wishes for his future endeavors. We sincerely express our appreciation for his remarkable service and guidance throughout his journey with the University of South Asia.

Internship Viva Voce for the Spring-2026 semester on May 16, 2026

The Department of Business Administration at the University of South Asia successfully conducted the Internship Viva Voce for the Spring-2026 semester on May 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The viva session was conducted in a professional and academic environment to evaluate students’ internship experiences, practical knowledge, and learning outcomes.

The Viva Board was chaired by Dr. Mohammad Nazrul Islam, Associate Professor & Dean, School of Business and Md. Karimul Alam, Head & Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration. Other board members included Rumpa Mittro, Assistant Professor & Coordinator of the BBA Program, and Sumaiya Taslima Tithi, Lecturer & Coordinator of MBA Programs, Department of Business Administration.

The session was further enriched by the presence of distinguished external members, including Mr. Md. Tanjim Mondol, Controller of Examination, University of South Asia, and Mr. Mohammad Masuduzzaman, Director (Research Department), Bangladesh Bank.

The department expressed its satisfaction with the successful completion of the viva voce examination, which reflected the students’ professional development and practical exposure gained through their internship programs.
