It is dedicated to promoting interest in Computing as a science and a profession among the students of Dhaka College. By name, DCCS is not a Club, rather it is a Society, and so by definition there is a huge difference between DCCS and a conventional Club. The motto of Dhaka College Computer Society is “Innovation 7hr0ugh Creativity”

History:

After the approval of the Vice Principal of Dhaka Col

lege, Professor Md. Abdul Kader in 30 September, 2012. Including the founder, the primary members named Ishtiaq Ahmed Nishan, Shadman Sakib Rifat, Akash Dip Saha and Imdadul Al Imraan were the students of 2012 batch. But due to the lack of enough cooperation and timing, the first Executive Panel could not start their activities in full swing. In June 4, 2013 the Principal of Dhaka College Dr. Ayesha Begum instructed to restart the activities of the Society, and with the valiant steps of the founder and some students of 2014 batch, especially Arnab Banik, Shadman Protik and Prosenjit Biswas, the organization started its new journey.

হ্যাপি সুপার পাই ডে!
পাই দিবস উপলক্ষে সবাইকে দশমিকের পর পাঁচ হাজার ঘর পর্যন্ত পাইয়ের মানের শুভেচ্ছা।
সবার জীবন হোক পাই এর মতই সুন্দর।
এমন পাই দিবস দেখার সুযোগ খুব কমই হয়। যেখানে মার্চ ১৪,২০১৫, বেলা ৯ টা ২৬মিনিট ৫৩ সেকেন্ড। এই সময়ে মিলে জাচ্ছে পাই এর ১২ টি মান। এর জন্য এটি সুপার পাই দিবস।

Sourav Das, a proud student of Dhaka College'13, has got into the world renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) :D

He is one of the most successful participant in the International Mathematical Olympiad from Bangladesh achieving two Bronze Medals respectively in 2012 and 2013.
