Stamford Life Science Club (SLSC) is a club under Stamford University Bangladesh, which aims to enhance the interest of university students in the field of life sciences, through networking and science related programs. With the mentorship and guidance of club supervision, students will arrange seminars to build public awareness which also stimulate the interest in science. We also organize differ

ent scientific program or game show in different school and collage around the Dhaka city to maintain school aspirations to promote quality education. Along with these we will provide opportunity for leadership training among all the members.

We are deeply honoured to present a crest of appreciation to our esteemed Keynote Speaker, Tasnia Ahmed, PhD Graduate, School of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Health, UNSW Sydney, in recognition of her valuable contribution to the “Roadmap to Higher Studies” seminar organized by the Stamford Life Science Club (SLSC).

The crest was formally handed over by Marshia Ahmed Vabna, Lecturer & Convener, Stamford Life Science Club (SLSC), The occasion was graced by Md. 🌍 The Stamford Life Science Club (SLSC), Stamford University Bangladesh, successfully organized an online seminar on “Roadmap to Higher Studies” on 30 August 2026 via Zoom.

📚 The seminar aimed to guide and inspire students in planning their academic journey toward higher studies and international opportunities, featuring valuable insights, practical guidance, and an inspiring academic perspective.

👥 With 300+ registered participants, the session reflected the strong enthusiasm of students eager to explore opportunities for academic and professional growth.

🎙️ We were honored to have Md. Aftab Uddin, Chairman & Associate Professor, Department of Microbiology, Stamford University Bangladesh, as the Chief Guest, alongside the respected faculty members of the Department of Microbiology as Guests of Honour.
