Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Civil Engineering – After-Sales Service)

Department: Customer Support Department (CSD)
Duty Time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview:
Join our Customer Support Department to assist clients after they purchase a flat. Your role will focus on providing guidance and support for tile selection, layout selection, and fitting-fixture selection, ensuring a smooth and satisfying after-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
⏩️Guide customers in selecting tiles, layouts, and fittings for their new flats.
⏩️Address customer queries and provide solutions related to after-sales services.
⏩️Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
⏩️Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
⏩️Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support.
⏩️ AutoCAD Drawing Modifications.

Requirements:
⏩️Educational background in civil engineering or a related field preferred.
⏩️Expert in AutoCAD.
⏩️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
⏩️Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
⏩️Willingness to work from 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
