I am super excited to lead this industry-oriented inter-university graduate program on software analytics research (SOAR). We will be hiring a lot of graduate students in the coming years under this program. Students could be admitted to any of the partner universities (USask, U of C, U of A, UBC). Thanks to all the co-applicants, industry, and academic partners and collaborators for their support. Further details about SOAR will be available on my homepage in the coming days at https://clones.usask.ca/
An inter-university group led by University of Saskatchewan (USask) researcher Chanchal Roy has been awarded $1.65 million by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) to establish a first-in-Canada graduate-level program to train a new generation of software engineers.
