Farewell to the pioneers of Geography and Environment of Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh. You started your undergraduate journey like 45 stars in an unknown galaxy back in 2018. You were the building blocks and the backbone of this department. You have overcome all the odds and challenges and become the proud first graduate of this vibrant department.

Among the 45 stars, 30 continued to maintain their orbital axis, and finally 24 completed their final cycle and enlisted their names in the honour board of the Master of Science in Geography and Environment from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh.
Congratulations, graduates!!! You were, you are, and you will be the guiding ambassador of this department. And, of course, remember that farewell is not the end of the road but a new beginning. Shine bright and make us proud. ❤️

Students of our department are exploring different landscapes of Sylhet to understand how the physical world and the components of the environment are interconnected to maintain the complex ecosystem.

After all geography is not just a subject it's a never ending journey from known to unknown. ❤️

Here comes the final result of the World Environment Day 2024 Photography and Poster Contest organized by the Department of Geography and Environment at Islamic University, Bangladesh.

Congratulations to the participants who are listed as the winners.

We believe our small endeavors will motivate the participants to be a part of our movement toward environmental conservation because small changes in our everyday actions can trigger significant, rapid societal shifts, especially when it comes to environmental conservation.

Let's share the thought that together we can restore the world because we are .

Poster এবং Photography Contest এর চুড়ান্তভাবে Exhibition এর জন্য নির্বাচিত যে সকল Participant প্রোগ্রামে উপস্থিত থেকে সার্টিফিকেট সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন নি তারা আগামী ০১ জুলাই তারিখে স্বশরীরে ইসলামী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, কুষ্টিয়ার জিওগ্রাফী এন্ড এনভায়রনমেন্ট বিভাগের অফিসে এসে সার্টিফিকেট সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। স্বশরীরে উপস্থিত হতে না পারলে নিচে দেয়া মোবাইল নম্বর এ যোগাযোগ করে পূর্ণাঙ্গ ঠিকানা প্রদান করলে ডাকযোগে পাঠিয়ে দেয়া হবে। Poster এবং Photography Contest এ পুরষ্কার প্রাপ্তদের ক্ষেত্রেও একই নির্দেশনা থাকবে। আগামী ১ জুলাই Poster, Photo এবং Quiz Contest এর চুড়ান্ত বিজয়ীদের পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। 🌱🙂🪴
