"সচেতনতায় ঐক্যবদ্ধ: নিরাপদ অভিবাসন ও আমাদের অঙ্গীকার"

গত ২২ এপ্রিল আর. পি. সাহা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো BRAC Migration Programme এর বিশেষ সচেতনতামূলক ওরিয়েন্টেশন: "Youth Orientation to Raise Awareness on Combating Human Trafficking and People Smuggling"। অস্ট্রেলিয়ান সরকারের অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত এই প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে তরুণ প্রজন্মকে মানব পাচার ও অনিয়মিত অভিবাসনের ঝুঁকি সম্পর্কে সচেতন করতে এই আয়োজন করা হয়।

অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত থেকে শিক্ষার্থীদের দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন সম্মানিত অতিথিবৃন্দ:
🔹 প্রধান অতিথি ও সভাপতি: অধ্যাপক ড. মনীন্দ্র কুমার রায়, মাননীয় উপাচার্য, আর. পি. সাহা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়।
🔹 কার্যক্রমের মূল উদ্দেশ্য উপস্থাপক: ফাহরীক মো. তাজদিকুল, আউটরিচ অফিসার, সেন্টার ফর সেফ মাইগ্রেশন, নারায়ণগঞ্জ (ব্র্যাক মাইগ্রেশন প্রোগ্রাম)।
🔹 মূল প্রবন্ধ উপস্থাপক: মো: শিহাবুল হোসেন, ডেপুটি ম্যানেজার, ব্র্যাক মাইগ্রেশন প্রোগ্রাম।
🔹 বিশেষ অতিথি: অদিতি রায়, সহকারী প্রক্টর, আর. পি. সাহা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়।
🔹 সমাপনী বক্তা: মো: আসাদুজ্জামান, ছাত্র উপদেষ্টা, আর. পি. সাহা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়।

উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানে আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন ক্লাবের সভাপতি সাবরিন সুলতানা উর্বরা, সাধারণ সম্পাদক মোঃ সিয়াম এবং কমিটির অন্যান্য সকল সদস্যবৃন্দ। অনুষ্ঠানে বক্তারা বাংলাদেশে মানব পাচারের ভয়াবহতা এবং রোধে তরুণদের ভূমিকার কথা গুরুত্বের সাথে তুলে ধরেন। ব্র্যাকের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, সঠিক তথ্যের অভাবে অনেকেই পাচারের শিকার হন। এই সংকট মোকাবিলায় অতিথিরা ৪টি 'P' পদ্ধতি (Prevention, Protection, Prosecution, Partnership) এবং ১৮-৩০ বছর বয়সী শিক্ষার্থীদের 'Peer Advocate' হিসেবে কাজ করার আহ্বান জানান।
তরুণ প্রজন্ম সচেতন হলে সমাজ থেকে এই অন্ধকার দূর করা সম্ভব। অতিথিদের বাস্তবধর্মী পরামর্শ আমাদের আগামীর পথকে আরও নিরাপদ ও সুসংহত করবে। 🤝

আসুন, আমরা নিজেরা সচেতন হই এবং একটি পাচারমুক্ত নিরাপদ সমাজ গড়তে ভূমিকা রাখি।

ফ্যাশন শো ও একাডেমিক প্রদর্শনীর সমন্বয়ে “ফ্যাশন ফিয়েস্তা ২০২৬”

আর. পি. সাহা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ফ্যাশন অ্যান্ড ডিজাইন বিভাগের আয়োজনে “ফ্যাশন ফিয়েস্তা ২০২৬” দিনব্যাপী এক বর্ণাঢ্য ও সৃজনশীল অনুষ্ঠানের মধ্য দিয়ে সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। ফ্যাশন শো এবং একাডেমিক এক্সিবিশনের সমন্বয়ে আয়োজিত এই অনুষ্ঠানটি শিক্ষার্থীদের মেধা, সৃজনশীলতা ও কারিগরি দক্ষতা তুলে ধরার এক অনন্য প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে প্রশংসিত হয়েছে।

অনুষ্ঠানের কার্যক্রম শুরু হয় সকাল ১০টায় একাডেমিক এক্সিবিশনের মাধ্যমে। এই প্রদর্শনীর উদ্বোধন করেন প্রধান অতিথি, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মাননীয় উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক ড. মনীন্দ্র কুমার রায়। এ সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন কুমুদিনী ওয়েলফেয়ার ট্রাস্টের স্বাস্থ্য বিষয়ক উপদেষ্টা আবু আলম মোহাম্মদ শহীদ খান এবং ফ্যাশন অ্যান্ড ডিজাইন বিভাগের বিভাগীয় প্রধান ও সহযোগী অধ্যাপক তানজিল হাসনাইন মঈন রনিত।

একাডেমিক প্রদর্শনীতে ফল ২০২৫ এবং স্প্রিং ২০২৫ সেমিস্টারের শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের পাঠ্যক্রমভিত্তিক সৃজনশীল কাজ উপস্থাপন করেন। পেন, পেন্সিল, কালার, ম্যানুয়াল ও ডিজিটাল ইলাস্ট্রেশনসহ বিভিন্ন মাধ্যমে নির্মিত এসব কাজ দর্শনার্থীদের মুগ্ধ করে। শিক্ষার্থীদের নান্দনিক ভাবনা, ডিজাইন সেন্স এবং কারিগরি দক্ষতার সমন্বয় এই প্রদর্শনীকে প্রাণবন্ত করে তোলে।

অনুষ্ঠানে বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন মিস ইউনিভার্স বাংলাদেশ খেতাবধারী, মডেল ও চলচ্চিত্র অভিনেত্রী তানজিয়া জামান মিথিলা। এছাড়াও উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের রেজিস্ট্রার সরকার হিরেন্দ্র চন্দ্র, বিভিন্ন অনুষদের ডিন, বিভাগীয় প্রধান, শিক্ষকবৃন্দ ও শিক্ষার্থীরা।

অনুষ্ঠানের সভাপতিত্ব করেন ফ্যাশন অ্যান্ড ডিজাইন বিভাগের বিভাগীয় প্রধান ও সহযোগী অধ্যাপক তানজিল হাসনাইন মঈন রনিত।

অনুষ্ঠানের শুরুতে অতিথিদের স্বাগত জানানো হয় এবং পরবর্তীতে প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্যের মাধ্যমে আনুষ্ঠানিক উদ্বোধন ঘোষণা করা হয়। এ সময় বিশেষ অতিথি তানজিয়া জামান মিথিলাকে সম্মাননা ক্রেস্ট প্রদান করা হয়। প্রধান অতিথি প্রফেসর ড. মনীন্দ্র কুমার রায় তার বক্তব্যে বলেন, “এ ধরনের সৃজনশীল আয়োজন শিক্ষার্থীদের বাস্তব জ্ঞান অর্জনের পাশাপাশি তাদের আত্মবিশ্বাস ও উদ্ভাবনী শক্তিকে বিকশিত করে। আজকের উপস্থাপনাগুলো প্রমাণ করে, আমাদের শিক্ষার্থীরা আন্তর্জাতিক মানে পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম।”

বিশেষ অতিথি তানজিয়া জামান মিথিলা আবেগঘনভাবে উল্লেখ করেন, “এই মঞ্চে উঠে আমি ভবিষ্যতের সম্ভাবনাময় ডিজাইনারদের দেখছি। তাদের কাজের মান, কনসেপ্ট এবং উপস্থাপনা সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়—এরা একদিন বৈশ্বিক ফ্যাশন ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে বাংলাদেশের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করবে।”

শিক্ষার্থীদের মাঝে পুরষ্কার বিতরণের মাধ্যমে শেষ হয় এই বর্ণাঢ্য অনুষ্ঠান। পুরুষ্কার প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষার্থীরা ড্রইং মিডিয়া পেন্সিল যৌথভাবে মারিয়া ইয়াসমিন মিম ও ফাইমা আক্তার| ড্রইং মিডিয়া পেন যৌথভাবে জোয়াইরিয়া ফাদিলা ও তাহমিনা আক্তার ইকরা। ইলাস্ট্রেশন মিডিয়া ম্যানুয়াল জোয়াইরিয়া ফাদিলা | ড্রইং মিডিয়া কালার যৌথভাবে নাইমা আহমেদ নিধি ও তাজরিন জামান মোহিনী | ইলাস্ট্রেশন মিডিয়া– ডিজিটাল: জোয়াইরিয়া ফাদিলা | ড্রেপিং এ পেয়েছে কামরুন নাহার দিনা | ফটোগ্রাফিতে পেয়েছে জোয়াইরিয়া ফাদিলা | ফ্যাশন শো এর সেরা পোশাক ডিজাইনার তাসলিমা আক্তার দিনা | একাডেমিক এক্সেলেন্স ২০২৬ পেয়েছে মায়শা জামান এবং সেরা সৃজনশীল অবদান এ পুরষ্কার পেয়েছে ফাইমা আক্তার।

সর্বশেষে, এই প্রাণবন্ত ও অনুপ্রেরণামূলক আয়োজনের সমাপ্তি ঘোষণা করা হয়। “ফ্যাশন ফিয়েস্তা ২০২৬” শুধু একটি অনুষ্ঠান নয়—এটি ছিল ভবিষ্যতের সৃজনশীল নেতৃত্ব গড়ে তোলার এক দৃঢ় পদক্ষেপ।

A Memorable Day at R. P. Shaha University

R. P. Shaha University proudly hosted the “Cultural & Educational Program: 30th Anniversary of the Russia–China Strategic Partnership”, in collaboration with the Embassy of Russia and our International Affairs Division.

We honored to welcome distinguished guests including Ms. Alexandra Khlevnoy, Director of the Russian House in Dhaka, and Mr. Li Shaopeng, Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China. Their presence added great value to this meaningful celebration of international friendship and cultural exchange.

🎓 Special thanks to our respected Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Manindra Kumar Roy, for his inspiring leadership and continued support in promoting global engagement.

🌿 Our green and vibrant campus left a lasting impression on our guests, reflecting the spirit and vision of our university.

🎬 The event also featured the Film Festival, where students and faculty enjoyed:
✨ “Red Silk” – a Russian feature film showcasing rich cultural narratives
✨ “I Am What I Am” – a Chinese animated film highlighting perseverance and identity

With the participation of around 250 students, faculty members and the member of RPSU BOT the event fostered meaningful dialogue, cultural appreciation, and international understanding.

We look forward to more such collaborations that connect cultures and inspire future generations.

টাঙ্গাইলের মির্জাপুরে অবস্থিত ঐতিহ্যবাহী কুমুদিনী হাসপাতালে আধুনিক স্বাস্থ্যসেবার আরেকটি মাইলফলক যুক্ত হলো। আজ আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে HDU (High Dependency Unit) এর শুভ উদ্বোধন করেন ভাষা সৈনিক ও একুশে পদকপ্রাপ্ত প্রতিভা মুতসুৎদি।

এই নতুন ইউনিট চালুর মাধ্যমে গুরুতর অসুস্থ রোগীদের উন্নত ও নিবিড় চিকিৎসা সেবা প্রদান আরও সহজ ও কার্যকর হবে বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে। কুমুদিনী হাসপাতালের এই উদ্যোগ নিঃসন্দেহে স্বাস্থ্যসেবাকে নতুন উচ্চতায় নিয়ে যাবে।

এ ধরনের মহতী উদ্যোগের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও কৃতজ্ঞতা।

চারদিকে উৎসবের আমেজ—আল্পনার নকশায় ভরে উঠেছে প্রাঙ্গণ, লাল-সাদার ঐতিহ্যবাহী পোশাকে সেজেছে সবাই। প্রাণের উচ্ছ্বাস, হাসি, আর সংস্কৃতির মেলবন্ধনে যেন এক টুকরো বাংলার গ্রাম মেলা! 🌺

বন্ধু, শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থী সবার মিলিত উপস্থিতিতে আজকের দিনটি হয়ে উঠেছে আরও প্রাণবন্ত।

নতুন বছরের আগমনী বার্তাকে আরও প্রাণবন্ত করে তুলতে চলছে শেষ মুহূর্তের প্রস্তুতি। প্রতিটি তুলির আঁচড়ে ফুটে উঠছে সৃজনশীলতা, স্বপ্ন আর তারুণ্যের উচ্ছ্বাস।

অপেক্ষা শুধু মুহূর্তটার—যখন এই রঙিন ক্যাম্পাসে ধরা দেবে আমাদের নতুন বছরের গল্প।
