On behalf of the IEEE BAUET Student Branch, we are delighted to share the highlights of our IEEE Day 2026 celebration, held on 6 October 2026 at Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET).

We extend our heartfelt respect and gratitude to our Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Brig Gen S M Lutfur Rahman, Sir, for gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest and for his valuable presence and encouragement added a great value to the celebration. Under the theme “Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow,” the event featured an engaging Technical Seminar and Quiz Competition, bringing together students, faculty members, and professionals for a day of knowledge sharing, learning, and collaboration.

A New Journey Begins at BAUET 🎓

On 28 July 2026, Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET) proudly organized the Orientation Program for the 23rd Batch, extending a warm welcome to the newest members of the BAUET family.

The program was graced by Brig. Gen. S. M. Lutfor Rahman, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of BAUET, as the Chief Guest.

The orientation introduced students to the university's academic environment, campus facilities, rules and regulations, and the values that define BAUET. It also provided an excellent opportunity for students to interact with the university leadership, faculty members, and their fellow classmates as they embarked on this exciting new chapter.
