Batch 2 Now Open – Micro-Credential Course on Embedded Systems & IoT

Following the successful completion of Batch 1, we are pleased to announce that Batch 2 of the Micro-Credential Course on Embedded Systems & IoT is now open for registration.
This course is designed to provide hands-on experience in Embedded C, STM32, RTOS, and real-world IoT system development, preparing students for industry-level challenges.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion and closing ceremony of the Micro-Credential Course on Embedded Systems & IoT (Batch - 1) , where a total of 32 students were awarded certificates in recognition of their dedication and achievement.

The program was conducted under the supervision of Dr.Fizar Ahmed Associate Professor and Director, Embedded Systems Research Center, DIU.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of our respected guests: Professor Dr. Sheak Rashed Haider Noori, Head of the Department of CSE, DIU, Dr. S. M. Aminul Haque, Professor and Associate Head Department of CSE, DIU, Dr. Arif Mahmud, Associate Professor and Department of CSE, DIU, Department of CSE and Engr. M. Liakwat Ali Khan, Assistant Director, DIU Micro-Credentials Academy.

Their presence and inspiring words added great value to the event, encouraging students to continue their journey in the field of Embedded Systems and IoT.

প্রধানমন্ত্রীর হাত থেকে ‘স্বাধীনতা পুরস্কার ২০২৬’ গ্রহণ করায় ড্যাফোডিল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির সম্মানিত অধ্যাপক ড. আব্দুর রহিম স্যারকে জানাই আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন ও গভীর শ্রদ্ধা।

আমরা গর্বিত যে DIU AgroTech-এর একটি গবেষণা প্রকল্পে Embedded System Research Center-এর Director ড. ফিজার আহমেদ স্যার এবং অধ্যাপক ড. আব্দুর রহিম স্যারের সাথে কাজ করার সুযোগ পেয়েছি। সে সময় ড. আব্দুর রহিম স্যার Agriculture Department-এর Head হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করছিলেন।

অনিবার্য কারণবশত ESRC নির্বাচনী কার্যক্রম সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত রাখা হয়েছে। পূর্ব নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী নির্বাচন গতকাল অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা থাকলেও পরবর্তীতে তা পরিবর্তন করে আজ ৯ মার্চ ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়।
তবে ড. ফিজার আহমেদ স্যারের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী, আজ থেকে সকল ধরনের নির্বাচনী কার্যক্রম বন্ধ থাকবে।
ঈদুল ফিতরের ছুটির পর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পুনরায় খোলার পর (৩০ মার্চ ২০২৬-এর পর) নতুন নির্বাচনের তারিখ ঘোষণা করা হবে এবং তখন ভোটগ্রহণ সম্পন্ন করা হবে।

বিজ্ঞপ্তি: যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম পুনর্গঠন

সকল সদস্যের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা আরও সহজ, কার্যকর এবং সুসংগঠিত করার লক্ষ্যে আমাদের পূর্বের সব Messenger গ্রুপ এবং আগের Telegram চ্যানেল বন্ধ (Shutdown) করা হবে।

এর আগে বিভিন্ন কমিটি ও সেকশনের জন্য একাধিক Messenger গ্রুপ এবং Telegram সেকশন থাকায় যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা কিছুটা জটিল ও পরিচালনা করা কঠিন হয়ে পড়েছিল। তাই সকল কার্যক্রমকে সহজ ও সমন্বিত করার জন্য এখন থেকে একটি নতুন একক Telegram চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে সকল আপডেট ও ঘোষণা প্রদান করা হবে।

অতএব, পূর্বের সব Messenger গ্রুপ ও Telegram চ্যানেল ধীরে ধীরে বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে।

সকল সদস্যকে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে নিচের লিংকের মাধ্যমে নতুন Telegram চ্যানেলে দ্রুত যুক্ত হওয়ার জন্য:

Warm congratulations to the young minds who successfully completed the program and received their certificates—may this achievement mark the beginning of many future successes. Alongside this celebration, we bid a heartfelt farewell to our former members, whose dedication, hard work, and commitment have shaped the Embedded System Research Centre into more than just a research hub—a true family. Their contributions and memories will always remain a part of our journey.

We are deeply honored by the presence of our distinguished guests:
Mr. Kazi Fakhrul Latif, CRO, WebSoft, as our Special Guest, whose insights and encouragement truly inspired us; and
Professor Dr. Sheikh Rashed Haider Noori, Head, Department of CSE, Daffodil International University, as our Chief Guest, whose guidance continues to empower future technologists.
